Zee moved to Australia in 2017, where she graduated from the Dutch Academy of Performing Arts. Music has always been a central part of her life, and her passion for it continues to drive her every day.
With experience as a lead vocalist in various bands in both The Netherlands and Melbourne, Zee has performed in numerous dinner shows and is currently working in the studio on her upcoming music.
In 2022, Zee started teaching at Mini Maestros, driven by her love for sharing the joy of music with little ones. She believes that music plays a crucial role in emotional, social and cognitive development, and that you’re never too young or too old to put on your dancing shoes.
Zee says: ‘The most fun part of working with kids is that each day is a surprise. Whilst we learn about structure, sometimes we go with the flow, embracing the spontaneity and creativity that children bring to the classroom. It’s this joy and unpredictability that makes every lesson unique and exciting. We laugh, listen, and learn as a group. Let’s have a great time making music together!’’
