Music has always found a way to weave magic into Marie’s life, with musical opportunities proving irresistible! Over the years these have included learning piano and guitar, drumming for the high school concert band, Irish and tap dancing, and performing with choirs. Marie loves to sing and over recent years has been studying and undertaking AMEB exams in voice and piano, as well as performing solo gigs, accompanying herself on guitar and keyboard.
Marie worked as a medical scientist before having her two gorgeous girls who are now in primary school. It was during their youngest years that Marie discovered the beauty of sharing music with little people, whether singing on walks, dancing around the house, or strumming the guitar during bathtime.
Marie is thrilled to be a Mini Maestros teacher and have the opportunity to bring all the joy and benefits of music education to the smallest, most imaginative and delightful members of our community.
